Productivity / Positivity

The balance between productivity (technical aspects of the company and cost, sales or profit figures) and positivity (good atmosphere, motivation, commitment and links between people) has consequences that go beyond sustainable benefits. It stimulates pride in belonging, favors talent retention, reduces turnover, encourages commitment and co-responsibility and serves as a model for all areas of the organization.

We take this principle very much into account in the design and execution of all our interventions, combining "know-how" with "want to do".

Coaching Style

For those of us who are part of Atesora Group, coaching is not only a methodology for accompanying professionals in search of a transformation that will enable them to achieve better results. It is a lifestyle, a way of feeling and behaving.

We are all certified coaches. Not only the facilitators of the programs but the entire team that makes up the company. This guarantees coherence between what we feel and how we do our work, while allowing total alignment between us and the partners with whom we share our activity.

Andragogic Approach

Organizations are made up of adults. However, most of the development programs that affect them are designed and facilitated following pedagogical methodologies (whose nature is the education and training of children).

At Atesora Group we promote an andragogic approach to development, which puts the adult and his or her learning needs at the center.

This methodology is summarized in six principles:

Behavioral change

At Atesora Group we believe that if a person wants to obtain a different result, he/she must first change the actions or habits that lead to that result; and this will not be possible if he/she does not first change his/her behavior (skills and attitudes). This process is called behavioral change.

And that is the specialty of all our interventions: achieving effectiveness through a profound change in the people who achieve the results.

Measurement and credibility

Beyond the undoubtedly exciting and motivational effect that our interventions can have, the companies that hire our services need - and demand - to see the behavioral changes reflected in their turnover.

This requires measuring results, and we help them by designing and using specific KPI monitoring and measurement tools for each of our partners. This ensures that the positive impact of interventions is sustainable.
