At Atesora Group we understand that the management of experiential capital is a strategic function for any organization, intimately aligned with the nature of its business.
That is why we have created the International Mentoring School (IMS), specialized in accompanying our partners in the implementation of their mentoring plans and initiatives, offering a total solution that covers from the identification of their needs to the institutionalization of mentoring as a development culture.
Is the Atesora Group’s brand dedicated to facilitate the effective development of soft skills that allow leaders, employees and teams to increase their results in a sustainable way.
For this purpose, we design and facilitate group and individual programs, either in face-to-face, remote, blended or asynchronous mode. With them, we cover the training needs of our partners in three areas: self-management, team development and transversal influence on the organization.

Digital transformation of solutions
Atesora Group adapts its solutions in a wide range of formats, taking advantage of new technologies to offer a more optimized learning experience to each client.
This transformation has been carried out while preserving the hallmarks that have always been identified with its interventions, with the opportunity to offer all its most customized services for each client, with asynchronous and synchronous training.
2015
Conversion into Atesora Group
Atesora modifies its structure and becomes Atesora Group, with the purpose of deepening and accelerating the development of its different activities in the global scope and, simultaneously, strengthening the value proposition of its solutions.
For this, it organizes its services in different divisions that, on the one hand, take advantage of the know-how and expertise baggage developed and accumulated over a decade and on the other, each one of them takes advantage of the possibility of expressing itself according to the differential opportunities of the markets they serve.
2011
Atesora merges
Atesora merges and absorbs the company Coaching de Ventas, S.L., created in 2001 and active in the areas of executive coaching, coaching applied to the commercial function and personal productivity. Jaime Bacás, its founder, joins Atesora as a partner.
With the merger and taking advantage of the synergies of the two companies, Atesora expands both its portfolio of services and the team of professionals that make up the new company, with the opportunity to reach new professional challenges.
2005
Founding of Atesora
Founded by its current president, Jorge Salinas, with the mission of providing services in the field of coaching – a very new discipline and in full business implementation at that time – and in that of accompanying professionals in moments of job transition.
He was born with the conviction that by walking together we are capable of going further. We do not pretend to be simple service providers and we aspire to become allies of our clients, to be the reference they sometimes need to achieve extraordinary development, or to overcome difficult moments.
